Pause during Interconception: How to take the first step to changing your future birth story

Taking the time to self-reflect is the key part of Interconception care, it’s the first step to changing your future birth story.

We all are attempting to create the next chapter in the full story of our lives.

When we:

  • Don’t take the time to assess the way we felt during the previous obstacle
  • Don’t question whether we desire to feel that way again
  • Don’t create a plan to change the way we walk through the next part of our journey

…We are sure to have remorse over the story we are left to tell.
