Failing to self-assess leads to lack of individualized planning. This is when we find ourselves feeling trapped, confused, and overwhelmed.When we don’t create care plans for ourselves, we allow outside influences to create the life strategies we live by. We allow others to determine how we feel throughout our day.Through my practice, I’ve found that many women have daily lives that leave them feeling tired, unpresent, and entangled in cycles that don’t give them the feeling of LIVING. Their stories sound like soliders on duty, putting out fires or prisoners of society, held captive by cluttered minds.Together, we will begin creating life strategies designed so that we may evolve as one, live life in peace, and enjoy the freedom of marching to the beat of our own drums!
